We at The Unofficial Guides are mourning the sudden loss of our dear friend, colleague, and editing savant, Ritchey Halphen. Ritchey started with the company in September 2005, and his institutional knowledge of our book content and editing practices was vast and admired. He began his publishing career as a Copy Editor at Cooking Light magazine, later serving as Senior Copy Editor at Southern Living and Copy Chief at Health. He was a coauthor of The Unofficial Guide to Disney Cruise Line. We will miss him greatly.
