Once again, the Swan and Dolphin 2022 Food & Wine Classic invites guests to stroll the causeway and be tempted with a selection of delectable delights. You won’t want to miss the mouth-watering tastings prepared by award-winning chefs.
The festival features themed areas such as a beer garden, carnival corner, and a bubble lounge. Unlimited tastings featuring the cuisine of the hotel’s restaurants will please every palate and are accompanied by bottomless wine, beer, and beverage samplings from around the world.
Participating restaurants are Shula’s Steak House, Il Mulino, Todd English’s bluezoo, Kimonos, The Fountain, Cabana Bar, Picabu, Garden Grove, and Fish. Live entertainment contributes to the street-party festival atmosphere.
The Swan and Dolphin 2022 Food & Wine Classic will also feature the return of the interactive food and beverage seminars led by the hotel’s expert team. For an extra fee you can learn to make pasta with Chef Dan ($95) or explore the art of craft cocktails ($75). Four more classes (Wine Blending; It’s Better to Wine in Italian; Base to Bubbles; and Beer, Please!) are also offered. Each class is $75.
The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic will be held at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin on Friday, November 11th, and Saturday, November 12th, from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
