Food & Wine Classic Returns to Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin

The 15th annual Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic returns November 15th through 16th, and this year’s menus have been announced. Set in a street-party atmosphere, the Food & Wine Classic offers unlimited tastings.

This year, 45 dishes are featured—the most ever—and there are more than 170 beverage offerings. The Food & Wine Classic takes place at 85 booths along the scenic causeway, where live entertainment complements the tastings.

New dishes on the 2024 menu include Baja Style Fish Taco from Rosa Mexicano, Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib offered by Il Mulino, Korean “No Mayo” Salad from Cabana Bar and Beach Club, Hand-Made Harissa Spiced Lamb Sausage from Amare, and Slow Roasted Pernil from The Love of Florida. New dessert options include Caramel Banana Crème Brûlée, Nougat Rum Dark Chocolate Mousse, Pistachio Raspberry Mousse, and Mandarin Cream Beignet.

Returning favorites are, among others, Shula’s Steak House’s Roasted Linz Heritage Black Angus Beef Tenderloin and Rosa Mexicano’s Signature Classic Guacamole en Molcajete.

Kimonos’ Dragon Roll and the Chinatown favorite Congee will also be available. Find the complete menu here

Three seminars are offered: two new seminars, Beer Here! and Salud! A Journey Through Spain, and the returning Craft Cocktails seminar. 

Tickets for the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic are $195 per person per night. Guests can sample culinary treats from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Guests purchasing tickets for both days receive a 15% discount. On Saturday, November 16th, seminars are offered at the Swan Reserve from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Participation in any of the three interactive seminars requires the purchase of a separate ticket at $85. The popular annual food and wine event supports a national veterans charity in recognition of National Veterans and Military Families Month. The nonprofit organization, Wounded Warrior Project, will receive a monetary donation from the event proceeds. To learn more about the Wounded Warrior Project, visit woundedwarriorproject.org.  

The Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin and the Swan Reserve offer special room rates for stays of up to four days prior to the event and four days after the event closes.
