Whether you are planning your vacation to Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando or not, we are ready to start the holiday season with our  Christmas ornament GIVEAWAY.

Read on to find out how to enter and discover what Christmas celebrations are happening at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando.

At Walt Disney World the festive season starts November 6 with holiday cheer taking place at all four parks through December 30, 2020. While this year is unlike any other due to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests can still look forward to holiday-themed character cavalcades featuring beloved characters in their Yuletide outfits, plus toy soldiers, gingerbread men, elves, and reindeer.

All parks and hotels will be decked in festive decor, and Santa will be making appearances. Note that this year there will be no Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

As of November 27, Epcot will once more be home to the International Festival of the Holidays with holiday kitchens around World Showcase, as well as festive contemporary and traditional Christmas music. We can’t wait to enjoy a Bûche de Noël.

While character meet-and-greets are not possible at this time, guests will be able to see Anna and Elsa in the Frozen Holiday Promenade, in addition to Mickey Mouse and his posse in the Mickey and Friends Holiday World Tour. Last, but certainly not least, guests will get a glimpse of Santa as he tours the park in a horse-drawn carriage.

Unfortunately, there will be no Candlelight Processional, but the Voices of Liberty will perform carols on the America Gardens Theatre stage.

There will be plenty of holiday shopping, of course. Disney-themed Christmas trees will be featured throughout Disney Springs, and we have heard that Santa will stop by here too.

Over at Universal Orlando, resort-wide celebrations start November 14 and last until January 3, 2021.

The Christmas headquarters of Islands of Adventure are at Seuss Landing, which transforms into the whimsical world of Grinchmas. Be sure to explore every nook and cranny of this wintry wonderland, as it’s filled with special touches Dr. Seuss fans are sure to adore.

The parks and hotels are also brimming with holiday cheer and Christmas decor. One of our favorite destinations is Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley. And who is not looking forward to Hot Butterbeer?

The Frog Choir and Celestina Warbeck and the Banschees will have a special Yuletide program. You must listen to Celestina sing “My Baby Gave Me a Hippogriff for Christmas.” And if you want to know what happens when you cast a spell on Father Christmas, go listen to the Hogwarts Frog Choir.

Even though this year is different from other non-COVID years, Christmas is most certainly not canceled at the theme parks. Note that all pandemic-related rules, such as wearing face masks and social distancing, continue to be in place.

If you cannot visit you can still bring some Christmas cheer to your home! Enter our GIVEAWAY for your chance to win one of the two Christmas ornaments we have for you. Two lucky winners will get one of the two ornaments.
