Now through April 23rd, guests can experience the best of California cuisine at the Disney California Food & Wine Festival, held at Disney California Park. The festival features culinary demonstrations, celebrity chef appearances, and seminars. The culinary presentations are free of charge, but no samples are provided. Check out the schedule here.
Also free of charge are family-friendly seminars, where Chef Daniella Malfitano shares her expertise during 30-minute appearances on select days throughout the festival.
At the Jr. Chef experience, with the help of Chef Goofy, kids follow a recipe and even get to take the finished product with them.
But the heart of the California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is the Festival Markeplace, where guests can enjoy food and drinks inspired by fresh Californian ingredients. Beer and wine aficionados will rejoice in discovering an array of local craft beers and wines from all across the Golden State.
If you are looking to dine with celebrity Chef Guy Fieri, check out the details here. Disneyland Resort chefs and sommeliers featured in the new Disney Festivals Cookbook beckon with a 4-course dinner inspired by Festival recipes, reflecting cultures and cuisines from around the world. And who would not like to be in the kitchen with a Top Chef? On select days, different star chefs share some of the secrets of their success, personal stories, and a few of their favorite recipes. Next, guests are able to enjoy a brunch buffet with one alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage, coffee, tea, or water. After the event, guests will have the opportunity to have their picture taken with the chef. The price for this experience is $110 per person, plus tax and gratuities for servers. Find out when your favorite star chef is cooking here.
