Walt Disney World celebrates the vibrancy of Hispanic and Latin American cultures throughout the year. Creamy Plantain Soup, a recipe by cast member Suni Quinones Rivera, was served at Cinderella’s Royal Table for this year’s Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month celebrations.
